C-Murder Caught On Tape

No this is not an episode of 'World's Dumbest Criminals.' This is C-murder opening fire on a club owner. He plead no contest and faces 10 years in prison. That's the thing with these celebrities, they walk around as if their invincible. Sooner or later reality always seems to bite them on the ass. I hope NBA and NFL ballers are taking notes.

Tyra Banks Will Go Face To Face With Her Stalker

Tyra Banks will take the stand in court to testify against her alleged stalker. Brady Green doesn't deny trying to get close to Tyra, but his lawyer claims that he's just a fan who tried to get tickets to 'The Tyra Banks Show.'

"She invites fans that are inspired by her show to reach out to her," defense lawyer Sydney O'Hagen said in opening arguments at Green's trial. "Mr. Green was a fan, albeit perhaps an overzealous fan." Prosecutors have a different version - and cite statements made by Green that they say prove his guilt. Besides sending unwanted flowers and love letters to Banks and ignoring orders from police to stay away from the show, Green threatened to kill an employee who refused to give him the Chelsea address of the show's studio. "You're f--ing lying, I'm going to find you and slit your throat," Green, 39, screamed into the telephone, prosecutors charge. source

Mr. Green had better watch his back. Doesn't he know that Tyra can unleash the FORCE of her forehead?

Violent Crimes per 100,000: 885In March 2008, Kwame Kilpatrick was charged with eight felonies, including perjury and obstruction of justice. In August, he violated his bail agreement and was thrown in jail. His actions were deplorable for anybody, but Kilpatrick was no Average Joe–he was the mayor of Detroit.

Unfortunately for the Motor City, Kilpatrick, 38, is just one ripple in the area’s sea of crime. Detroit is the worst offender on our list of America’s most dangerous cities, thanks to a staggering rate of 1,220 violent crimes committed per 100,000 people.

“Detroit has, historically, been one of the more violent cities in the U.S.,” says Megan Wolfram, an analyst at iJet Intelligent Risk Systems, a Maryland-based risk-assessment firm. “They have a number of local crime syndicates there–a number of small gangs who tend to compete over territory.”

When Stanning Goes Wrong

Miranda Tozier-Robbins was arrested Thursday morning for suspicion of trespassing after sneaking into Britney Spears' gated home in Cali and being caught peaking through the windows by security guards. After realizing, that she wasn't a part of the help, one of the guards asked her to leave the neighborhood. When she refused to do so, they physically removed her ass from the property and called the cops.

It turns out that Miranda once auditioned for American Idol back in 2005 and actually made it to the second round. Her mother said, "You are kidding, I knew she was a fan of [Britney]. I don't know why she would go there....She's never been in trouble before, I guess she just wanted to see Britney." source

Pay attention Beyonce stans.

Employees Of The Month

I'm sure you all have seen the nastyness that these two Domino's employees did while at work. I didn't wanna post the video because I get grossed out easily. The two pigs, Michael Setzer and Kristy Hammonds were both fired and then arrested and charged with food tampering, which is a felony in North Carolina. Domino's says that it plans to file a civil lawsuit against them. The company tried as hard as it could to remove the grossout video from Youtube, but the video has been doped and copied all over the net. ANyway, Domino's president, Patrick Doyle, has released a video apologizing for the incident.

Random Notes

Lady Gaga "touched down in London town" today. She recently talked about a past rendezvous of hers in the back of a taxicab: “[It was] in the back of a taxi in New York. It was fun. I would do it again, f**k ya. It’s always fun to do things that are sneaky. Sneaky in sex is good.” I love this chick. I just like her acentric style. Somebody had better tell Rihanna to hurry up and get back on the music scene. I think I have a new girl crush. source

First Couple Barack and Michelle Obama released their tax returns today. They earned a combined $2,656,902 last year, which mainly came from the sales of the president's two books. They paid a total of $933,206 in federal and state taxes. They received a $26,000 tax refund. source

Former hit-making producer Scott Storch was arrested last Friday for grand theft auto. WTFiles!?!? Jacked For Fried Chicken

A Jacksonville, Florida woman was closing up after finishing her shift at a Popeye’s Chicken and Waffles, when she says she was followed home by four men in a car who wanted her box of chicken she was bringing home from work. The men allegedly yelled, “Give us the chicken!” but the victim and her boyfriend continued walking and ignoring them. The suspects then reportedly turned off their lights and pulled over and the couple became alarmed. One of the men then reportedly jumped out of the car with a shotgun and yelled, “You know what time it is! Give it up!” He then said that they should “put down the chicken or he would shoot them.” The suspect then pointed the shotgun at the woman and her boyfriend pleaded with the gunman to spare her because she was two months pregnant. The suspects then took her purse and her chicken.

Damn, I knew things were rough in this recession, but is it that bad?

Proceed At Your Own Risk

Tyra Banks has scheduled another cattle call in New York for 'America Next Top Model' after the stampede that went down last month. Tyra, her producers, and the CW network have laid down some stern rules this go-round:

- A ban on lining up overnight or prior to the 6 a.m. registration.
- Only women applying will be permitted in line.
- Hopefuls younger than 18 will be allowed just one guardian to accompany them.
- Color-coded wristbands will be required to coordinate with
the scheduling of auditions.
- A crackdown on people cutting in line or loitering around before and after their tryout.

If any of these rules are broken, Tyra's forehead vows to unleash a molly whopping riot even worst than last time. source

Chris Brown Pleads Not Guilty

Yesterday, Chris Brown plead not guilty to assaulting and threatening ole girl. I don't understand this. I'm in the same boat as Rih Rih's dad. If he's not guilty, then who is? Did he plead not guilty because of the release of Rih Rih's battered face picture? I guess Mark Geragos is really gonna earn that fat check. Nice suit though. source

Chris Brown Making A Deal

Chris Brown's lawyer and the prosecutor in the Rihanna case have been engaged in "serious" plea bargain negotiations and according to one source, a "deal is close."We know Brown will plead not guilty tomorrow, however the plea may just be a formality. Sources say Rihanna has made it clear she does not want to tesitfy in the case and wants Brown to cop a plea. We're told one of the reasons she's in Barbados right now is because "she wants to be as far away from this case as possible."As we first reported, Brown was inclined to plead either guilty or no contest to a misdeamor, provided he got no jail time -- but since we broke that story, the D.A. and Mark Geragos, Brown's lawyer, have gotten down to the nitty gritty. We do not know if Brown changed his view and would accept jail time to avoid a trial. Brown will be in court tomorrow for the arraignment. source

Gunman Kills 13 People At A New York Immigration Center

A gunman opened fire on a center where immigrants were taking a citizenship exam Friday in downtown Binghamton, killing 13 people before apparently committing suicide. The suspected gunman carried identification with the name of 42-year-old Jiverly Voong of nearby Johnson City, N.Y., a law enforcement official said. But the name is an alias that the man has used in the past, said the official, who was not authorized to speak publicly and was talking on condition of anonymity. "It obviously was premeditated," said Binghamton Police Chief Joseph Zikuski, noting the gunman blocked the rear exit with his car. "He made sure nobody could escape." SOURCE

Jamie Foxx's Run In With An Alleged Stalker

Last month, Steven Taliver tried to trick Jamie Foxx into opening his hotel room door in Philly, by pretending to be one of Beyonce's producers. Mr. Foxx wasn't falling for it and wouldn't let him enter. But today, Taliver was arrested when Jamie Foxx's security people noticed him hanging around the set of Jamie's upcoming movie, and called the police. It turns out that Taliver tried to break into Jamie's room on three separate occasions. Maybe the guy just got sick of hearing 'Blame It On The Alcohol.' SOURCE
