Supermodel Paula Porizkova said she was fired from “America’s Next Top Model” because of what producers called an ego problem. She says:

"I must admit I was having a little bit of an issue with Tyra being late for every judging...It’s six hours later and I feel like I am being told my time is not as valuable as hers. They pointed out that I should shut up and be grateful for the job and that Tyra is really busy...I think that my little hissy fits about ‘Well, we are all here on time. Why can’t she (Tyra)?’ didn’t go over all that well."

Tyra Banks Will Go Face To Face With Her Stalker

Tyra Banks will take the stand in court to testify against her alleged stalker. Brady Green doesn't deny trying to get close to Tyra, but his lawyer claims that he's just a fan who tried to get tickets to 'The Tyra Banks Show.'

"She invites fans that are inspired by her show to reach out to her," defense lawyer Sydney O'Hagen said in opening arguments at Green's trial. "Mr. Green was a fan, albeit perhaps an overzealous fan." Prosecutors have a different version - and cite statements made by Green that they say prove his guilt. Besides sending unwanted flowers and love letters to Banks and ignoring orders from police to stay away from the show, Green threatened to kill an employee who refused to give him the Chelsea address of the show's studio. "You're f--ing lying, I'm going to find you and slit your throat," Green, 39, screamed into the telephone, prosecutors charge. source

Are 'Top Model' Tryouts Fake?

Looks like the girls that got hurt in that riot in New York last month was totally in vain. Snitches Daily News reports that producers of 'America's Top Model' had already chosen at least some of the contestants and that the nationwide tryouts were just for publicity. “The producers had already picked some of the girls they wanted in private meetings,” says the snitch. “They had to sign agreements promising not to reveal how they were chosen.”

Tyra Banks has scheduled another cattle call in New York for 'America Next Top Model' after the stampede that went down last month. Tyra, her producers, and the CW network have laid down some stern rules this go-round:

- A ban on lining up overnight or prior to the 6 a.m. registration.
- Only women applying will be permitted in line.
- Hopefuls younger than 18 will be allowed just one guardian to accompany them.
- Color-coded wristbands will be required to coordinate with the scheduling of auditions.
- A crackdown on people cutting in line or loitering around before and after their tryout.

If any of these rules are broken, Tyra's forehead vows to unleash a molly whopping riot even worst than last time. source

Top Model Tranny Now Engaged

Former 'America's Next Top Model' contestant Isis King is now engaged to "her" boyfriend Desmond after three years of dating. Isis was the first transgender contestant who after the show wrapped, Tyra Banks took "her" to a surgeon who granted "her" wish of becoming a "real" woman. Sounds like Pinocchio to me.

Fight Breaks Out At NYC's "Top Model" Auditions

Three people were arrested and six others hurt Saturday after bedlam broke out while they waited to audition for "America's Next Top Model," police said. Police didn't know what prompted the chaos involving hundreds of people outside the Park Central New York hotel in Manhattan. The panic left the street outside the hotel littered with shoes and clothing, according to news reports. Three people were arrested on disorderly conduct charges, police said. Authorities also shut down the audition, saying it wasn't properly organized. Four injured people declined treatment, while two others were taken to a hospital, the fire department said. Their conditions weren't immediately available. The phone rang unanswered at the hotel, and representatives for The CW Network, which airs the reality show, didn't immediately return calls. The model competition is hosted by supermodel Tyra Banks, who also serves as its executive producer. The current season began March 4. Her agent and publicist didn't immediately return telephone calls. Banks has said she created the show to counter stereotypes about beauty, and Saturday's auditions were open only to women no taller than 5-foot-7, which is shorter than the industry's conventions.
