The Jamie Foxx Show

I thought that it was supposed to be the BET awards with a tribute to Michael Jackson? Damn, I wasted 4 hours for that crap? The whole show seemed like a platform for Jamie to promote his upcoming tour and put his vocals on display. It was so painful to the point of being disrespectful.

Wow, was that the best BET could do for a brilliant icon like Michael Jackson? Did we really need to see Jamie perform 53 times? Are you telling me BET couldn't have had Mariah come through and sing her classic rendition of 'I'll Be There?'

BET fails again. Maybe MTV will pull through in August for the VMA's. The only bright spot of tonight was Janet. She looked angelic and I definitely teared up when she spoke.

A Look Back At Michael Jackson Throughout The Years

I take it that this was taken after MJ's hair caught on fire during the taping of a Pepsi commercial.

This is the girl from the 'The Way You Make Me Feel.' She admitted a long time ago that she and MJ dated very briefly. They looked good together.

More Trouble For Perez

I'm sure everyone has heard about the battle between Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and blogger Perez Hilton. Well now GLAAD is coming after him for calling Will.I.Am a "f*ggot." It's interesting that this is the same guy who constantly blasts people for alleged homophobia (Miss Cali), but he goes and does something like this. Oh the irony.

Dorian From College Hill Exposed

I've never watched 'College Hill' but I'm starting to wish that I did. Anyway, Dorian, who was on the Atlanta season, must have pissed someone off somehow because the person hacked into his phone and twitter accounts releasing intimate pics and a few celeb phone numbers. Folks like Meagan Good, Mario, Solange, and Tyson Beckford had their info put on blast. pic source

Ciara and Rick Ross For Rap-Up

Ciara looks gorgeous on the latest edition of Rap-Up magazine. She spoke on a number of things such as:

On Keri Hilson: “I knew her back when she was really trying to get in pocket and become an artist, and I know she had been trying way longer than I had back then. Back in the day, I used to ask her to sing for me. I forgot what song she used to sing, but vocally I thought she was crazy. As a writer, I thought she was dope. We did one song together on my first album. That was back when we were kinda around each other.”

On Folks Claiming She Swag Jacked Bey: “I know what work I put in to what I do and I know where I get my inspiration from and it’s definitely not the references that they put up on the Internet. People live for it. Negative energy travels faster than positive energy. Whoever it was, for them to dig deep down and find all those references, that’s ridiculous.”

On Eminem Not Jumping In 50 Cent’s Conflicts: “Because he knows [50] is a monkey. He’s Eminem’s personal monkey. Eminem is a genius for signing the monkey. Once Eminem is through with him and Jimmy [Iovine]’s through with him, he may end up on Maybach Music and be my monkey.”

On Those Who Accuse Kanye West Of Being Flamboyant: “He’s supposed to be. What is he supposed to do, not be flamboyant, not be fly, not be arrogant? Why not? I feel like why should another ni**a be insecure about another man. That’s a man; he got his own lane.” source

Kill A Person = Slap On The Wrist, Kill Dogs = Time In Federal Prison

The Cleveland Browns wide receiver, Dante Stallworth, plead guilty Tuesday to DUI manslaughter for the March morning he hit and killed crane operator Mario Reyes in Miami Beach. He was sentenced to spend 30 days in jail, two years house arrest and eight years probation.

As part of his plea deal, Stallworth must perform 1,000 hours of community service, which likely will involve public service announcements and speeches to youth warning of the perils of drunken driving.

Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle bristled at the notion that Stallworth, 28, got off easy, pointing to his consistent remorse and the Reyes family's desire to avoid protracted legal proceedings.

This ish is crazy. To top it all off, his football career will still be intact. SMH source

BET To Resurrect 'The Game?'

Wow, it looks as if BET might actually add to black culture for once with this move. BET is in talks to bring 'The Game' over for a new season. I really hope that this works out.

Back in April, BET CEO Debra Lee said the network was in talks to acquire the show, but that it was really coming down to a matter of the budget. Now, an inside source at BET told BV Buzz that new co-president Loretha Jones is working hard to finalize a budget that would allow them to afford the show. Adding “The Game” to their roster wouldn’t be a bad move for BET as re-runs of the sitcom actually score higher ratings than most the network’s original shows. At news that The CW had cancelled the show, many fans looked to BET to pick it up, too. Nothing has been set in stone over at BET, which hasn’t offered any official statement on the possible fate of the show just yet. source

Sex With Common

Check out a groupie story on sexy-ass Common...

A few years back I took a long needed trip to Chicago to visit my parents. It was a random fall afternoon when me and a few friends decided to eat at a little French style Bristol. The restaurant was so crowded that we were forced to wait almost an hour for the next available table. Bored out of my mind I stepped outside to call a friend and catch the cool breeze.
Some how or another I started a conversation with an older articulate light skinned woman with the cutest freckles. We talked about the beautiful weather and the long wait. I told her about my college years and she told me that she was professor. She told me that she was a little upset because her son was always fashionably late. Trying to keep our spirits up I asked her what her she did for a living, she told me that he was a musician. I turned by back a few minutes to an answer a phone call and when I turned around it was Common giving his mother a big ole kiss on the cheek. She introduced me to her son, and when we shook hands I knew "IT WAS ON" I ate dinner like nothing ever happened and I decided not to tell any of my friends because they probably wouldn't believe me anyways. For some reason Rashid and his mother (he looks just like his mother) decided to leave the bistro early, and while he walked towards the door his eyes seem to be scanning for someone, and that was I. He handed the waiter by the door a small sheet of paper and pointed at my table, and I swear I was about to drop dead. The waiter handed me the torn sheet of paper, and my heart skipped a few beats when I realized it was his number! My friends swooned when they realized that I had caught the eye of some random guy, but they had no idea it was Common. I tucked the number deep in my purse, not wanting to lose it. The entire night seem to move by so slow when I realized "I WANTED TO HAVE SEX WITH HIM ASAP” I ended the night early and dialed that number with a quickness.

To my surprise it went straight to voice-mail three times! I couldn't believe I missed out on sleeping with him. I left my best sultry voice on his voice mail and crossed my fingers for out of this world luck. Two days later I had missed a call on my cell phone, and it was him!!!!!!!!!!! I called back ASAP, and again it went straight to voice-mail. I left another message praying he would respond soon. A few more days went by and I gave up all hope and erased him from my mind and phone. Feeling defeated on my quest to freak Common I watched some chick flicks to cheer myself up. That same night I got a phone call and yes it was him. We talked for about 4 hrs on the phone. He was a very private person and kept our conversation on other things. We spoke about everything (he is very smart), and his intelligence turned me on BIG TIME!!! He apologized for keeping me up so late and asked if we could meet later on that day. I didn't respond immediately, I didn't want him to know I was so willing (he knew I wanted it) I responded with a solid YES!
We met at the park and took a long walk. Rashid likes to talk allot! He seems to have all these great theories and ideas. He’s also highly driven and very down to earth. He invited me back to his room, and I swear the earth stopped moving for like a couple seconds. I told him I would rather have him come over my house. He seemed kinda shocked and amused that I wanted to take control of the situation. I gave him crazy head while he drove my car to my parent's home. Thank god for GPS systems! lol!

We went straight upstairs and we got naked with the quickness and all I can say is that Rashid’s body and ass is the TRUTH! His ass and legs were sculpted from clay! While standing he kissed my neck and fingered me from behind. I swear the room felt like it was 100 degrees with the finger play he had going on inside of me. I bent over on the bed and he kissed my back and bit the shit out my ass! He never went down on me since we weren't cool like that if you know what I mean. He kissed and sucked the shit out of my inner thighs. I wanted him to eat me out so bad, but he just sucked on my tits and continued playing the piano inside of me. Common has an average size penis, but he stroked the wetness straight out of me. He actually made love to me, not no gangsta grillz sex, straight slow fucking. He sat on a chair and I rode him for a few minutes when he busted and it was like the energy was really sucked out of him. We took a shower together and kissed till my lips got sore. He pulled on my natural hair till I SCREAMED!!!!!!!!!!! Of course he didn't stay long since we both got what we wanted. He told me that he would call me back for another session. I told him I was going back to my state, and with a quick kiss he promised to hit me up when he was in my state.
We messed around on and off over the years and he always claimed he couldn't get enough of my dark chocolate. I had a couple of explicit pics of us, but I destroyed them because I was scared they would get into the wrong hands. I haven't seen Rashid in a while, and I feel it's best that we moved on since I recently got married. I will never let my husband know that I was a rappers jump off, he would go nuts! I think Rashid makes a great boyfriend for Serena because he is the ultimate gentleman. I will always cherish the gifts and the time that we spent together. I wish him nothing but the best.

Would I do it again?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...........nope, I'm too much in love with my husband and I've packed on the pounds since Common last saw me. He likes his women in shape.

On a scale of 1to 10 he is an 8.5, but his mind is a 10! Brotha got the knowledge! Serena is one lucky woman! She has a real man!

Does anyone know if he's still with Serena? I personally always thought he had a thing for Alicia...

Cassie Gets Put On Blast

Cassie did an interview with Philly's The Beat morning host Charlamagne. I have to say that I kinda felt bad for ol' girl. Charlamagne brought up the nude pics, her sexing Diddy, and her lack of vocal talent. Even a few of the callers took shots at her. Towards the end, Cassie announces that she'll hit up '106 & Park' next to which Charlamagne replies: "Please tell me you're not singing." Ouch.

70% Of Black Women Are Single

Why?

Is it because there are more black men in prison than in college? It is because black women are "too picky," as some claim? Is it because many black women refuse to broaden their horizons and date outside of the race?

I think that a certain blogger made a good point when she asked, how many black women would've dated President Obama when he was just a "broke, big-eared community organizer?" Either way, this statistic is alarming.

Are You Feeling This Get-Up?

Mrs. Obama is a beautiful woman, no doubt. But WFT was she thinking with this outfit? She looks like a wedding cake.

Kim Kardashian Eyeing A Music Career?

Kim Karadshian says that she wants to start a career in music. She says:
“Producers ask me all the time...I’d have to hear a song and feel it out and see if it’s something I’d sound good at. I would like the music to sound a bit like Lady GaGa, Britney Spears and J. Lo with a bit of R’nB twist to it.”
Bish, please. We already have enough non-singing singers in the world. We don't need one more. Her former BFF Paris Hilton wasn't too successful in music either. source

Just Another Arrogant Athlete

"It's hard for me to congratulate somebody after you just lose to them," he said. "I'm a winner. It's not being a poor sport or anything like that. If somebody beats you up, you're not going to congratulate them. That doesn't make sense to me. I'm a competitor. That's what I do. It doesn't make sense for me to go over and shake somebody's hand."

That's what Lebron James had to say about not shaking hands after being defeated in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Saturday. Ah, hate to be the one to tell one Lebron, but you are being a poor sport by not congratulating the Magic. It was immature and arrogant. They beat you fairly and it was poor taste to run off of the court.....Oh, and you're not a winner, you're a loser...A sore loser.LeBron James finally talked about not making the NBA finals, and insists Cleveland's loss to Orlando will not impact his future with the Cavaliers.

James stormed out of Amway Arena without speaking to the media Saturday night after the Cavs were eliminated with a 103-90 loss to the Magic in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals. The league MVP, who also did not shake hands with Olympic teammate Dwight Howard or congratulate any Orlando players as he left the floor, said Sunday that he's happy in Cleveland and feels the Cavs made major progress this season.

"I'm great. I feel great about this situation that's going on," James said. "You want to continue to get better, that's all you can ask. We got better and I feel this team will be better next season. You don't want to take a step backward. I think we went forward from the Boston series (a Game 7 loss in the semis) last year."

"Hopefully we can go forward next year."

The Cavaliers won 66 regular-season games and their second Central Division title this season.

James, who averaged 38.5 points, 8.3 rebounds and 8.2 assists against Orlando, said he hasn't given any thought to signing a contract extension with the Cavs this summer.

Cleveland can offer the extension on July 18 — the three-year anniversary of him signing his previous deal.

"I don't know," James said when asked if he'll sign. "I haven't thought about it just yet. I'm just going to take time off from basketball and not think about contracts or the game period. I'll relax with my family we'll figure out once it comes from them."

James said he sent an e-mail to Howard following Saturday's game.

"It's hard for me to congratulate somebody after you just lose to them," he said. "I'm a winner. It's not being a poor sport or anything like that. If somebody beats you up, you're not going to congratulate them. That doesn't make sense to me. I'm a competitor. That's what I do. It doesn't make sense for me to go over and shake somebody's hand." source
