Jennifer Lopez switched clothes like Mariah The Diva while she hit up the talk show circuit. She first hit up 'Regis & Kelly' and moved on to 'Good Morning America.' She spoke on how hard it was to get her body back after having twins, saying “Your body becomes sort of this temple for the babies....I needed to do it [the triathlon] to feel like Jennifer again. It was really great for me physically, emotionally, mentally. It got me thinking about achieving again, doing again.” source
