Miley Cyrus' father, Billy Ray, spoke about Jamie Foxx's comments about his daughter. Earlier this week, Jamie Foxx appeared on 'The Tonight Show' and apologized for saying that Miley should get a gum transplant, make a sex tape, do some heroin, and catch chylmedia on a bike.
