70 year old Bernie Madoff could get up to 150 years in prison for fraud and perjury for pulling off what many consider to be one of the biggest heists Wall Street has ever seen. He could also be fined and made to pay restitution to his victims and forfeit any ill-gotten gains. He ripped off people and charities for as much as 65 billion. Ouch!
